Job summary

MCSTI (MTSI) seeks a Knowledge Resource Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain PM training programs for over 100 projects across three divisions. You will lead the development of curricula, coordinate content with Infrastructure and Ops teams, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository of best practices.

You will manage live and on-demand training, support LMS configuration, and collaborate with HR to ensure standards, templates, and branding align with our objectives.

Qualifications

5+ years in project management, training, or knowledge management.
Experience designing and delivering training programs.
Familiarity with PM methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver tailored training programs for PM personnel.
Conduct needs assessments across units to identify skill gaps.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
Update training materials to reflect evolving standards.
Develop and maintain on-demand training resources on Gateway/Gateway+ LMS.
