Job summary

Commonwealth Trading Partners, Inc. seeks a Project Management and Knowledge Operations Lead to build and own integrated master schedules for complex programs.

The role connects technical work with training, fielding, deployment, and maintenance, turning separate team plans into a credible path to delivery. This hands-on planning and execution position will work with technical leads, functional owners, subcontractors, and leadership to define work, sequence it, identify dependencies, and surface

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in program planning and scheduling for complex environments.
• Ownership of an integrated master schedule across multiple workstreams.
• Experience linking software delivery with training, deployment, and sustainment.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, and analytical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated master schedules from milestones to closeout.
• Decompose deliverables into measurable activities with owners and durations.
• Link releases, interfaces, data readiness, cybersecurity to training and fielding.
• Track progress, reforecast, and present recovery options with owners.
• Translate schedules into decision-ready reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with managers to maintain portfolio visibility.
