Job summary

Hodge Western Corp. is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to lead on-site execution of complex underground utility projects. You will be responsible for safe, efficient, and accurate delivery within contract specs, with significant travel to sites across the US.

The role requires 2+ years in construction PM/APM and preferred experience in utility-scale renewables, heavy civil, or underground utilities, along with a background in construction management or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction industry Project Management (PM, APM) experience.
• Preferred experience in utility scale renewable energy, heavy civil, and/or underground utilities.
• Preferred educational background in construction management or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• On-site at our office in Bentonville, AR or Central Oregon with 25-50% travel to project sites.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of project scopes within contract specifications.
• Lead pre-project planning, project execution and oversight, and stakeholder management.
