Holiday Inn Romulus is seeking a Guest Service Agent for the PM shift to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle reservations with accuracy and courtesy.

In this role, you will process payments, answer questions about services and local attractions, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a smooth, guest-centric front desk experience. The opening team aims to deliver exceptional service and seamless operations.

Qualifications
