Job summary

Firebrand in Whitefish, MT, seeks a PM Dining Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide upscale hospitality, take drink and food orders, and ensure guest satisfaction from greeting to farewell.

Applicants should have POS experience, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of the menu and wine list; must lift 30 pounds; flexible evenings and weekends. This is full-time, on-site with competitive pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• POS system proficiency required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand 6–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Take drink and food orders at greeting, deliver beverages, and upsell menu items.
• Provide exceptional service and build guest connections with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain professional image and assist management/chefs as directed.
• Follow cash handling procedures and collect payment for services.
• Know the menu and wine list to guide guest selections.
