Job summary

Firebrand in Whitefish, MT, seeks a PM Dining Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide upscale hospitality, take drink and food orders, and ensure guest satisfaction from greeting to farewell.

Applicants should have POS experience, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of the menu and wine list; must lift 30 pounds; flexible evenings and weekends. This is full-time, on-site with competitive pay plus tips.

You will serve food, drinks,and a standard of upscale hospitality from the moment our guests take ourseats. Firebrand is seeking a PM Dining Server towork with our Food & Beverage Team $10.85 hourly + Tips.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:

The Server is to create the finest experiences for ourguest, provide exceptional service and create a connection with our guests withwarmth, energy, teamwork, and professionalism.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintainsa professional image.
• Maintainsprofessional working relationships.
• Collectspayment for food and beverage services.
• Followscompany cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Providesexceptional service experience.

• Guidesguests in selecting food and beverage terms.
• T.I.P.S.certifications
• Notifiesmanager of unhappy guests.
• Performsassigned side work duties.
• Assistsmanager/chefs as directed.
• Takesdrink orders at guest greeting, delivers beverages and offersappetizer. Takes entire order, writes down order, and repeats orderto guest for clarification.
• Understandproper food storage and sanitation procedures.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

Requirements:

• POSsystem competency with Aloha and Open Table.
• Lift30 pounds. The ability to carry a tray of food and tray with drinks.
• Ableto manage unsatisfactory guest experience and notify manager.
• Ableto hear guests' order and needs amidst loud background noise.
• Standsduring 6–8-hour shift.
• Mustbe able to multitask under stress.
• Mustbe organized and remain calm during the shift.
• Needsto have a full knowledge of the lunch and dinner menu as well as the winelist

EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

• TIPSand Food Handler Certifications required.

SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS:

The Server's schedule can be flexible with part- andfull-time opportunities. Working evenings, weekends and holidays may berequired.
