Job summary

Saint Therese of Woodbury is seeking a part-time Food Server/Dietary Aide for on-call, casual scheduling with a 3:30pm–7:00pm shift. You will provide friendly meal service, assist residents, and help maintain dining area cleanliness in a supportive team setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in serving or hospitality, can read English, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork while following diet cards and production sheets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving or hospitality experience.
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines.
• Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.

Pay Range: $18.89 - $25.63 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*
