Saint Therese at IHM in Monroe, MI is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide / Food Server to join a compassionate dining team. Evening shift 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with 32–44 hours per two weeks and rotating weekends/holidays.

You’ll serve meals with warmth, follow diet cards, and support nutrition services in a senior living community. We value friendly, reliable teammates who communicate well and work cooperatively.

Qualifikationen

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays.

• Ensure meals are served according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs.
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment.
