Job summary

Saint Therese at IHM is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide / Food Server to deliver warm dining experiences for seniors. Evening shift 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 32-44 hours per two-week pay period, with every other weekend and holiday.

You will serve meals according to diet cards, keep a clean dining area, assist with setup and cleanup, and support nutrition services operations as part of a caring team focused on residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications are listed: prior serving or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work cooperatively in a team.
• Commitment to respectful, person-centered service and physical ability to lift and carry trays.

• Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism
• Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment
• Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service
