Job summary

CURRENT in Chicago is seeking a PM Cook to join the hotel kitchen. You will prepare food to specification, start items ahead of time, and maintain quality during the PM shift and on weekends. • Ensure proper storage, stock checks, and waste reduction.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment, and assist with line setup.
