Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is hiring a Cook 3 (intermediate) for PM shift in a full-time culinary role. This position requires good communication and at least two years of line and fine dining experience, with a culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

You will prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling, may supervise in the supervisor's absence, and work multiple stations. Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of line and fine dining experience.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills (soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling).
• May provide direction in the supervisor's absence.
• Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
