Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform duties safely.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time without over-prepping.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temperatures proper.
• Check pars, plan preparations, and assist buffet stocking.
• Return unused items to storage with proper dating.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
