Job summary

Justice Cannabis in Ewing, NJ is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in our cannabis production facility during the PM shift. This hands-on role oversees trimming, packaging, and processing while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment; the schedule is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in cannabis or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations (trim, packaging, processing).
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain quality control and product consistency.
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities.
• Track production data and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
