Justice Cannabis is seeking a Production Supervisor (PM Shift) to lead our Ewing, NJ cannabis production facility. This hands-on role oversees trimming, packaging, and processing while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience (cannabis or production environment preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (may be subject to change based on operational needs)
Location: Ewing, NJ
