Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee post-harvest and packaging for non-flower and flower products at our grow facility in New Jersey. Shift runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will supervise staff, manage production plans, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to learn internal inventory control and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-harvest and packaging for non-flower and flower products.
• Oversee 2nd shift from 3pm–11:30pm, Mon–Fri.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time performance.
• Coordinate daily production plans with site management.
• Maintain production records and reports on efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and develop future team leaders.
