Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a Mid-Shift Production Lead to supervise a team of hourly technicians in filling and packaging cannabis products at our Ewing, NJ facility. You will manage startup, production runs, inventory, labeling, and ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule, competitive hourly pay at $20.50, and benefits including medical/dental coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass state cannabis program background check and badge.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience in filling/packaging with focus on compliance.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team is preferred.
• Ability to follow production plans and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Technicians in filling and packaging per SOP.
• Oversee startup, run, and shutdown operations and shift-based productivity.
• Manage inventory, batch preparation, and labeling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Train and develop Lab Packaging staff.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ongoing equipment maintenance.
