Restaurant Associates is seeking a PM Café Manager to join our team at The Egg, located on the campus of the Culinary Institute of America. This leadership role oversees the PM Shift, delivering guest experiences, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced café environment.

As the PM Café Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the PM Shift, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality.
• Experience in fast-paced café, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• ServSafe or health certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all PM Shift activities to ensure service Excellence.
• Hire, train, and coach associates for a positive team culture.
• Supervise café operations during PM Shift and maintain service standards.
• Plan, promote, and execute café events and promotions.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and productivity during PM Shift.
