Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering orders, scheduling, and production to ensure accuracy and on-time service.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to attract catering customers.
• Meet and drive weekly sales goals.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Manage catering logistics including setup, staffing, and delivery/pickup details.
• Communicate order details, dietary needs, and timing with guests and internal teams.
• Track inventory and supplies to ensure availability and proper stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in line with policy.
• Support recruiting, training, and coaching of catering/shift staff.
