Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a Weekend Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential plumbing technicians, coach field crews, and drive weekend operations with accountability and visibility.

You will spend significant time in the field, ride-alongs, coaching, and tracking KPIs, ensuring the Radiant experience remains 5-star for customers and a winning team culture.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience required.
• Journeyman license or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be available to work Friday–Tuesday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians.
• Provide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visits.
• Track technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experience.
• Partner with Dispatch to ensure the right plumber is assigned to the right job.
• Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations.
• Reinforce ServiceTitan processes and operational standards.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, truck inventory, and customer service.
• Conduct 1:1s, team meetings, and ongoing performance coaching.
• Help build a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.

We’re growing and looking for a Weekend Plumbing Supervisor who knows how to lead from the front, develop technicians, and build a winning team.

Compensation

$80,000–$110,000 base salary, plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunities

Schedule: Friday–Tuesday | Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting and developing our residential plumbing technicians while keeping weekend operations running strong.

You’ll spend a significant amount of time in the field coaching technicians, completing ride-alongs, driving performance, and ensuring our customers receive the 5-star Radiant experience we’re known for.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible, involved, and accountable for their team’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in residential service plumbing
• Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising plumbing technicians
• Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue, and technician performance
• Ability to coach both technical and customer-facing performance
• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
• Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on, positive, and accountable leadership style
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be available to work Friday–Tuesday
