Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Service Plumbing Area Manager to lead and oversee plumbing services within a designated territory. You will manage a team of plumbers, ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while delivering top quality to clients.

You will serve as the primary client contact, provide hands-on technical expertise, and drive improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service plumber or residential plumber with supervisory experience.
• Valid plumbing license if applicable to local and state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; proficient with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of plumbers to meet goals and maintain high performance.
• Coordinate and schedule plumbing service projects to allocate labor and resources efficiently.
• Oversee work quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex service issues.
• Identify training needs and facilitate programs to improve skills and safety.
