Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as Plumbing Service Manager or equivalent
- Knowledge of current code requirements
- Strong communication and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee field leads and field technicians
- Directly responsible for training, managing, and evaluating field technicians
- Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and site visits to provide feedback
- Ensure all work meets high quality standards and obtain permits when needed
- Monitor field technicians and leads for appearance and hygiene
- Coach and hold staff to KPIs; communicate goals
- Manage workload and schedules to maximize productivity and profits
- Assist field leads and facilitate weekly meetings
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed
- Provide feedback to executives on field trends and morale
