Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• Must possess registrations, licenses, and/or certifications as mandated.
• Two to five years of experience as a Service Technician.
• Reading schematics and blueprints is required.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts.
• Self-managed with professional demeanor and strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues through observation, testing, and setup.
• Perform stoppages/cabling, pumping, backflow testing/repair/replacement, fixture install/replacement, and general troubleshooting.
• Maintain water heaters and boilers, including repair and replacement.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Document invoicing data and hours/materials used for service.
• Keep tools and inventory on the service vehicle organized and stocked.
• Procure materials and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
