Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Macon, GA, is seeking an experienced residential plumber. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, deep knowledge of local codes, and a track record of reliable service. You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply on the job.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment.
• Self-starter who can get the job done.
• Proven track record in pipe repair and fixture installation.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Able to pass a background check, MVR, and a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
