Job summary

Ball Heating and Cooling in Biloxi, MS is seeking a self-motivated Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drain issues with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $120,000 per year with unlimited earning potential, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and full benefits. This in-person role requires 1–5 years plumbing experience, a plumbing license or apprenticeship, and a commitment to safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship (as indicated).
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of plumbing problems.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drainissues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques toidentifyroot causes of plumbingissues
• Performtimelyandaccuraterepairs to resolve plumbing and drainissues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residentialcustomers
• Install, repair, andmaintainplumbing systems, equipment, andfixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes andregulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns andsolutions

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customersatisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have beencompleted
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbingsystems
• Adhere to company safety protocols andprocedures
• Attendappropriate safetytraining as required by thecompany

Who you are:

• 1-5 YearsPlumbingexperiencepreferred
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
• Current plumbing certification as required bystate
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communicationand interpersonal skills
