Job summary

Ricky Heath Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced residential plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing systems in the Macon area. You will lead customers to informed buying decisions and deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 6+ years of residential plumbing experience, knowledge of local codes, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. A positive team environment, self-motivation, and reliability are essential.

• Accurate and timely documentation: estimates, invoices, time cards, feedback, and option sheets.

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.

• Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional

Requirements:

• 6 + years of residential plumbing experience
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Self-starter who can get the job done
• Develop a proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
