Job summary

Mr. Plumber Atlanta, A Coolray Company, is looking for a skilled plumbing service technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing emergencies. You will work with a team to deliver world-class customer service and uphold our Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty.

The role includes water heater replacement, fixture updates, drain cleaning, and sewer-machine operation with strong problem-solving in varied conditions. GA license preferred; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Residential service & repair experience with diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system.
• Leak location and repair skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment and attention to detail.
• Must pass MVR test and follow directions, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services.
• Strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Provide customers with information on PlumbingCare Maintenance Agreements.
• Water heater replacement and repair.
• Fixture replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet).
• Drain cleaning.
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines.
