Job summary

Stefanini, Inc is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Plumbing Service Department. This hands-on leadership role oversees service plumbers and technicians responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance across residential and commercial properties.

The General Manager will collaborate with dispatch, vendors, customers, and other leaders to ensure efficient operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of plumbing management experience.
Strong, hands-on knowledge of the plumbing trade and systems.
Experience leading service technicians and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

Direct the daily operations of the Plumbing Service Department.
Schedule, manage, and provide technical support to technicians.
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop technicians.
Oversee plumbing repair, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and service activities.
Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
Coordinate technician training and maintain training records.
Generate sales opportunities and grow maintenance/service contracts.
