Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing management experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of plumbing trades and systems.
• Experience leading and developing service technicians.
• Understanding of service, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience managing department budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Strong customer service and sales capabilities.
• Leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the Plumbing Service Department.
• Schedule, manage, and support service technicians based on workload and customer needs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate technicians.
• Oversee plumbing repair, installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and service activities.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and resources through project completion.
• Generate sales opportunities and grow maintenance and service agreement business.
• Prepare estimates and bids for service contracts and project work.
