Qualifications

• Leads technicians and sales consultants to achieve team goals and sales targets.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and coaches upsell opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with customers and resolves complaints professionally.
• Supports administrative tasks as needed.
• Develops working knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
• Reads and analyzes P&L statements and acts to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages team members, including technicians and sales consultants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.
• Assists with or performs administrative tasks
• Oversees inspections, prepares reports, and oversees repairs to ensure high quality work
• Coaches team to upsell products and services and resolve customer concerns quickly
• Maintains customer relationships and strives for repeat business
• Ensures service department adheres to industry regulations and company standards
• Regularly audits work and customer service to meet standards
• Resolves escalated customer issues and maintains strong customer relationships
• Ensures compliance with drug and background checks
