Michael and Son Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and sales consultants, drive sales goals, and maintain industry compliance.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, ongoing coaching for upsell opportunities, and thorough quality control across service activities. The candidate will manage administrative tasks, inspect and report on field work, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements while

Qualifications

• Leads technicians and sales consultants to achieve team goals and sales targets.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and coaches upsell opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with customers and resolves complaints professionally.
• Supports administrative tasks as needed.
• Develops working knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
• Reads and analyzes P&L statements and acts to optimize results.

• Oversees inspections, prepares reports, and oversees repairs to ensure high quality work
• Coaches team to upsell products and services and resolve customer concerns quickly
• Maintains customer relationships and strives for repeat business
• Ensures service department adheres to industry regulations and company standards
• Regularly audits work and customer service to meet standards
• Resolves escalated customer issues and maintains strong customer relationships
• Ensures compliance with drug and background checks

• Effectively manages team members, including technicians and sales consultants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
• Has the ability and willingness to learn the industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
• Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by coaching your team to upsell products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
• Assists with or performs administrative tasks
• Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
• Resolves escalated customer issues by developing and maintaining a great relationship with customers
• Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
• Regularly audits work being done and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
• Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work
• Successfully read and manage P& L Statements
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
