Job summary

Sila Services in Stoneham, MA is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager who loves the plumbing business, knows how to lead people, and wants the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll supervise roughly 15 residential plumbers and own the day‑to‑day performance of the department, combining field leadership with data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

3+ years of Plumbing Service Management experience.
7+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing plumbing technicians.
Experience managing KPIs, revenue, gross profit, and department performance.
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing service, repair, and installation.
ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 residential plumbers.
Oversee the daily operations of a 24/7 plumbing department.
Coach, train, and develop technicians through one-on-ones, ride-alongs, and ongoing training.
Monitor KPIs, revenue, gross profit, conversion, and technician performance.
Use ServiceTitan to manage workflow, reporting, and department performance.
Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
