Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules for service technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls based on availability, location, and priority.
• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Communicate appointment updates and technician arrival windows to customers.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate emergency service requests and same-day appointments.
• Maintain accurate job information and customer records.
