Job summary

Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood seeks a dynamic Plumbing Sales professional to drive growth through direct sales to outside prospects and customers in a results-driven environment.

You will develop profitable sales, leverage our established marketing program, and guide customers through available options to meet their needs. A strong network and lead generation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Plumbing Sales experience for residential and commercial required.
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings or blueprints.
• Strong Communication and Social skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit daily sales targets through direct selling to outside prospects and customers.
• Develop profitable sales, and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing program.
• Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs.
• Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities.
• Perform required documentation for each installation have the client sign any necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed.
• Develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining (from existing client records), and referral generation from previous clients.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

• Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.
