Job summary

John's Plumbing is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, assess plumbing needs, and recommend repair, replacement, and installation solutions. You will build trust, present accurate proposals, and drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with installation teams.

The role offers uncapped commissions, company perks, and comprehensive benefits. A valid US driver’s license and 2+ years in in-home or plumbing sales are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales, plumbing sales, home services, construction sales, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.
• Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems preferred; plumbing industry experience a plus.
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales, plumbing sales, home services, construction sales, or a related field (equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems is preferred; plumbing industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales software
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)
• Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and exceptional customer service

Compensation

Competitive earnings ranging from $75,000-$100,000+ annually , based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional earning opportunities available through our uncapped commission and incentive programs.
