Mr. Plumber is hiring a Plumbing Salesperson to serve as an in-home consultant, advising homeowners and selling tailored plumbing solutions in Indianapolis and the Midwest. This role offers a strong compensation plan with salary plus aggressive commissions and leads provided.

The position emphasizes customer service, integrity, and professional presenting of product options, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired)
• 3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required
• Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skills
• High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image
• Results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)

Responsibilities

• Consult on water qaulity leads and sales appointments. Help grow our ever expanding water quality sales team
• Diagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and more
• Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based sales
• Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise
• Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc.
• Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports
• Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidance
• Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service
