Bill Howe Plumbing, Heating & Air, Restoration & Flood is seeking an experienced Plumbing Sales professional to drive growth by selling to outside prospects and customers in the San Diego area. You will develop profitable sales and acquire customers through our established program, making recommendations to resolve customers' needs and documenting each installation and payments.

Applicants should have 5–10 years of plumbing sales (residential/commercial), be able to read blueprints, and possess

• 5–10 years of plumbing sales experience (residential and commercial) required.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings or blueprints.
• Strong communication and social skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve growth and hit daily sales targets through direct selling to outside prospects and customers.
• Develop profitable sales, and acquire customers through our established sales and marketing program.
• Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs.
• Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities.
• Perform required documentation for each installation, have the client sign any necessary paperwork, and collect payments as directed.
• Develop self-generated leads through networking, data mining (from existing client records), and referral generation from previous clients.

Responsibilities:

• Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they have to resolve their wants and needs

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of Plumbing Sales experience for residential and commercial required
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings or blueprints
• Strong Communication and Social skills

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled Office/Field setting.

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 400,000 USD per year (San Diego)
