Job summary

Plumbline Services is seeking a Plumbing/Sewer Salesperson to join our team of energetic employees. You will act as an in-home adviser to consult, design and sell plumbing repair options to homeowners, delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers substantial earnings potential (150K-300K+ with warm leads), a robust benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, home installation/repair preferred.
• Plumbing experience or license strongly desired.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and on ladders; varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company's integrity and customer-care standards; determine needs and provide solutions for high referral-based sales.
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process.
• Educate potential customers on value and inform them of promotions.
• Document service performed and recommendations by completing applicable forms/reports/logs.
• Attend appointments with customers as scheduled.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold customer-care standards.

What Will You Do?

• Drive new sales for the company in a professional manner consistent with the company's integrity and customer-care standardsDetermine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer's issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales
• Perform sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process
• Educate potential customers on value: Inform customers of all special promotions

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2-3 years Sales experience (Home Installation and Repair highly desired)
• Plumbing experience or license strongly desired

• Possess strong verbal, written and presentation skills

• At times, ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs in hot, cold and wet conditions
