This role blends technical plumbing knowledge with consultative selling, communicating options to homeowners, property managers, and contractors, and coordinating with field teams after the sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in plumbing (field/service/sales) with codes and install practices.
• Proven success in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to scope and price plumbing jobs; read plans when needed.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with CRM, estimating tools, tablets, and office apps.
• Valid driver's license and clean record; background check/drug screen.
• Plumbing license/journeyman a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and leads.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and GC's.
• Present options and close the sale with detailed estimates.
• Evaluate jobs on-site and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and sales activity.
