Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of field experience on large commercial projects.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and submittals.
• Knowledge of state building and plumbing codes.
• Proficient with BlueBeam, MS Project, and MS Office; familiarity with Quickpen/Accubid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage plumbing construction projects.
• Maintain relationships with GC's and Owners.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials from vendors.
• Approve schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, subs.
