Job summary

C&C Myers Heating, Cooling Plumbing & Electric is seeking a self-motivated Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing team in Charleston, SC. You will supervise plumbing activities, hire and train staff, and drive a sales-focused culture while managing resources and ensuring profitable operations.

The role requires 5+ years in plumbing with at least 2 years of leadership, exceptional customer service, data-driven decision making, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• At least 2 years managing a plumbing team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze data for trends and make independent decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Plumbing activities.
• Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members.
• Cultivate a dynamic, sales-focused culture that delivers value to customers.
• Manage a P&L and departmental revenue/gross profit targets.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee department dispatchers and ensure right techs are sent to calls.
• Create technician work schedules.
• Review and approve payroll for the department.
• Handle customer requests and concerns.
• Maintain a positive work environment and adherence to policies.
