• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality
• Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and heavy lifting
• Excellent leadership with teams and field service coordination
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and compliance
• Basic math for pipe sizing and layouts
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred for site visits
