Job summary

Legacy Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Las Vegas is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the plumbing service department and ensure top-quality customer service. The role requires strong leadership, deep plumbing expertise, and a drive to optimize operations and outcomes.

You will oversee technicians, dispatchers, and admin staff, drive service improvements, and maintain safety and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing service operations, with a managerial role.
• Master Plumber License required.
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment and components.
• Excellent leadership abilities to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, staff and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and plumbing service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the plumbing service department, including technicians, dispatchers, and admin staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and adjust to meet targets.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch of service calls for timely delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources.
