Southern Home Services, through its M.E. Flow – Lorton operations, seeks a Plumbing Manager to lead complex residential plumbing projects, ensuring top quality, safety, and compliance. You will guide system design, troubleshoot issues, mentor junior plumbers, and coordinate with contractors while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in plumbing, a Master Plumbing License, and strong leadership with a track record in managing large-scale jobs and budgets.

Qualifications

Active Master Plumbing License in good standing with ability to obtain licenses in other jurisdictions.
5+ years of progressive plumbing experience across residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
Strong leadership and mentoring ability with safety training focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute residential service work, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
Manage installation of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Coordinate with other trades, clients, and inspectors on multifaceted projects.
Lead and mentor Journeyman plumbers and apprentices, maintaining safety standards.
