Job summary

Direct Connect Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our growing team in Atlanta. This role offers competitive base pay plus performance-based bonus and substantial earning potential for proven leaders in plumbing services.

The right candidate will oversee field operations, coordinate dispatching, mentor plumbers, and ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Night and weekend work is required as needed.

• Documented commercial plumbing service experience.
• Previous plumbing leadership, supervisor, foreman or management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage plumbers throughout the day.
• Coordinate and dispatch plumbers to service calls efficiently.
• Match plumbers to jobs based on location, experience, skill level, and job requirements and minimize unnecessary drive time.
• Monitor jobs and progress throughout the day.
• Make scheduling adjustments as jobs, priorities and locations change and make sure emergency calls are handled appropriately.
• Troubleshoot difficult jobs and assist with solutions.
• Visit job sites and assist with work as necessary.
• Determine when additional manpower, equipment, or materials are needed.
• Identify potential problems before they result in callbacks or complaints.
• Communicate with customers regarding job needs and service issues and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and office staff.
• Monitor workmanship and overall job quality and help prevent recurring problems.
• Coach, train, and develop plumbers.
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
• Keep routine field issues from becoming owner-level problems.

Direct Connect Plumbing is looking for an experienced and licensed Plumbing Service Manager to lead our growing company.

**Competitive base salary (based on experience) PLUS performance based bonus**

This position offers significant earning potential for someone who can successfully lead and improve the performance of our company.

This is not a typical 9-5. Some nights and weekends are required. We're willing to invest in the right candidate that is willing to invest in us.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our plumbing team. This is a hands-on management position responsible for overseeing the field, coordinating and dispatching jobs, troubleshooting field issues, communicating with customers, and working closely with our office staff to keep the company running smoothly.

The right person is a leader, problem solver, and strong communicator who knows plumbing and knows how to manage people.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Experience:

Commercial Plumbing: 5 years (Required)
