Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED.
• Texas Master Plumber license required.
• Minimum 6 years of plumbing experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading maintenance and repair services for the Plumbing Unit.
• Coordinate and assign work to plumbing personnel; oversee project completion.
• Inspect facilities and plumbing equipment; initiate repairs.
• Monitor and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
