Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
• Texas Master or Journeyman Plumbing License with appropriate experience.
• Experience with commercial plumbing repairs and retrofit projects.
• Ability to supervise plumbers and coordinate with outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials and manage expense reports.
• Oversee new construction plumbing projects.
• Respond to routine, investigative, and emergency service calls.
• Coordinate with outside contractors on installation and Retrofit projects.
• Review blueprints and specifications.
• Prepare job estimates.
• Assign and supervise plumbers.
