Jobot is seeking a Plumbing Foreman in Midland, TX to lead field operations for the plumbing scope on major high-rise and commercial projects. Travel to DFW or Midland is possible; on-site leadership will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active plumbing license.
• 5+ years leading plumbing field crews.
• Experience on high-rise, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop plumbing field crews.
• Plan and direct daily production for the contracted plumbing scope.
• Manage manpower and material requirements to maintain project schedules.
• Perform quality control and ensure installations meet plumbing code requirements.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, the General Contractor, inspectors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact production.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Help mentor and develop field personnel as the Texas plumbing operation grows.
