Job summary
The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to supervise and perform installation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing systems in accordance with plumbing codes observed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

Qualifications
- Commercial construction and repair experience with plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of drain cleaning, brazing, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with medical gas and backflow prevention is advantageous.
- Ability to read isometric drawings and perform material takeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Procure materials and manage expense reports.
- Oversee new construction plumbing projects.
- Handle routine, investigative, and emergency service calls.
- Lead retrofit plumbing projects.
- Supervise outside contractors on plumbing projects.
- Review blueprints and specifications.
- Adhere to work rules and maintain records.
- Prepare job estimates.
- Assign and supervise plumbers.
- Assist in layout, fabrication, and assembly.
- Be available for after-hours emergencies.
- Coordinate with other trades during projects.
