CuraFlo Ltd. seeks a Marketing & Sales professional to drive growth across residential and commercial plumbing and mechanical markets in North America. You will collaborate with the CuraFlo team for 2–3 months to learn the industry, then independently manage client engagements and project opportunities.

The role emphasizes educating customers on CuraFlo solutions, developing proposals, and leveraging commission-based earnings with a benefits package. Remote travel will be involved as needed.

• Proven track record in sales for construction/plumbing/mechanical contracting industries or related sectors.

• Develop, maintain, and execute a marketing plan and budget for residential and commercial customers.
• Generate sales leads from various sources, including cold calls.
• Present to owners and groups, both one-on-one and in groups.
• Design marketing materials and maintain the company website.
• Gather information to support estimates and prepare customer proposals.
• Attend meetings to close projects and exhibit at trade shows.
• Travel as required within responsibility areas.
