Job summary
Big Rivers Marketing in the Midwest is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for the Kansas/ Western Missouri market to drive demand for our plumbing manufacturers and partners.
You will build relationships with residential plumbers and mechanical contractors, train at plumbing sites, funnel leads to the Territory Manager team, and track multifamily, residential development, and commercial projects while supporting growth initiatives and a competitive bonus plan.
Qualifications
- Plumbing product knowledge preferred.
- Ability to present product knowledge to groups required.
- Must reside in the Kansas City metro area.
- Higher Education is a plus.
- Candidate will have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle.
- Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a minimum requirement.
Responsibilities
- Complete product training at plumbing companies.
- Develop relationships and influence at large residential plumbers.
- Develop relationships and influence at mechanical contractors.
- Funnel leads back to our Territory Manager team.
- Track multifamily and large residential development projects.
- Track commercial and industrial projects.
